Kumpfy Shoes offers a courtesy pick-up/drop-off service for climbing shoes, hiking boots, jackets, etc. Items can be dropped off at the Norseman Outdoor Specialist in Calgary during business hours and will be taken to Kumpfy Shoes for resoling and repair in Canmore.

Remember to include this Pick-up/Drop-off Form with items dropped off at the Norseman.

Once your shoes arrive at Kumpfy Shoes, you will be contacted to confirm repair details and answer any questions you may have. When the repair is complete, you will receive another phone call to confirm drop-off details. Payment can be by credit card, etransfer or PayPal.

Pick-up and drop-off times will vary. If your repair is time sensitive please drop your repair items off at Kumpfy Shoes & Repair in Canmore or call us directly at 403-609-2292.

Please note that items can be picked up/dropped off at either location. Repaired items must be picked up within 7 days of drop-off from the Norseman.
