Returns & Exchanges

We get that ordering shoes online can be a difficult task. So make sure you check out the sizing charts before finalizing your order.
If you need to return or exchange an item please refer to our policies below;
  • If your purchased items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us ASAP by calling 403-609-2292 or by email at [email protected].
  • We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns mailed back outside of the 60-day window will be deemed ineligible for return and sent back to the receiver's address.
  • Only new, 100% unused items will be accepted for return. The items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Please be courteous with your returns.
  • We will not accept the return of used products.
  • If you climb/hike/walk in your shoes and determine they don’t fit, sell them to a friend or a used gear shop. Remember we really can’t take back used items!
  • Returns are shipped back at the customer’s cost.
  • All products must be sent back in a secondary package to avoid damage during transit so please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
  • Please note that Kumpfy Shoes & Repair cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
  • Returns/exchanges can also be done in-store.
  • Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else, we get that. Exchanges will be treated like a Return.
