You don't necessarily have to make a special trip to Canmore to have something repaired.
Kumpfy Shoes & Repair offers several convenient ways to get your shoes, boots, climbing shoes, clothing and outdoor gear to our repair shop.
Just remember to include the completed Repair Form with your item.
Options
In Person
Repairs can be dropped off at Kumpfy Shoes & Repair in Canmore seven days week. Bring your item in and we'll gather the information our repair team needs.
If your alteration requires fitting or pinning by our seamstress, please call ahead to make sure someone is available to assist you. We typically have a seamstress on staff Monday - Friday.
Mail-in
Feel free to mail in your repairs using which ever delivery service of your choice. Unless otherwise requested we will use Canada Post to return items. Remember to provide your email address so we can give you a tracking #.
Attention climbers; return postage is paid if you send in 4 pairs or more!

Calgary, AB
Pick-up/drop-off service in Calgary is done weekly in partnership with the Norsman Outdoor Specialist and MEC. Just show up to either of these locations, with the completed Repair Form and drop off your repairs.
Once your repairs arrive at Kumpfy Shoes, you will be contacted to confirm details and answer questions. When the repair is complete, you will receive another text to confirm drop-off details. Payment will be taken at that time. A final text will be sent once your items arrive at the Norseman.
Items can be picked up/dropped off at either Kumpfy Shoes or the Norseman/MEC. As a courtesy to the fine folks at these locations, please pick up your repairs within 7 days of notification.

Golden, BC
Pick-up/drop-off service in Golden is in partnership with the Confluence Climbing gym. Currently this service is every 2-3 weeks. Times may vary due to weather/staff availability.
Once your repairs arrive at Kumpfy Shoes, you will be contacted to confirm details and answer questions. When the repair is complete, you will receive another text to confirm drop-off details. Payment will be taken at that time. A final text will be sent once your items leave Kumpfy Shoes and are on the way to Confluence.
Items can be picked up/dropped off at either Kumpfy Shoes or Confluence. As a courtesy to our lovely friends at Confluence, please pick up your items within 7 days.

Lethbridge, AB
Pick-up/dro-poff service in Lethbridge is in partnership with the Coulee Climbing gym. The service is voluntary and currently unscheduled.
Once your repairs arrive at Kumpfy Shoes, you will be contacted to confirm details and answer questions. When the repair is complete, you will receive another text to confirm drop-off details. Payment will be taken at that time. A final text will be sent once your items leave Kumpfy Shoes and are on the way to Coulee Climbing.
Items can be picked up/dropped off at either Kumpfy Shoes or at Coulee Climbing. As a courtesy to our lovely friends in Lethbridge, please pick up your items within 7 days.

Nelson, BC
Vince DeVito Shoe Repair in Nelson will be our local drop-off and pick-up point for climbing shoe resoling. We’re currently working out the schedule and final details to make the process as easy as possible. Check back here soon for updates on how and when to drop off your climbing shoes.

Our pick-up and drop-off service is complimentary.
Calgary pick-ups and drop-offs are scheduled weekly; however, weather, staffing and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
Golden and Lethbridge pick-ups and drop-offs are currently coordinated by volunteers, so schedules may vary.
If your repair is time-sensitive, we recommend dropping off and picking up your item directly at our Canmore store.
