Refund policy

We get that ordering shoes online can be a difficult task. So make sure you check out the sizing charts in FAQs to help finalize your order. If you need to return or exchange an item please refer to our policies below;

• If your purchased items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us ASAP by calling 403-609-2292 or by email at info@kumpfyshoes.ca.
• We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. Returns mailed back outside of the 15 day window will be deemed ineligible for return and will be sent back to the receiver’s address at their cost.
• The cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense with the exception of warranties or defective items.
• Only new, 100% unused items will be accepted for return. The items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. Please be courteous with your returns (i.e. don't wear the shoes outdoors).
